I mean yes but no. Women respond preferably to different things, and saying something funny works just as well, if not better, than something intelligent. The stupidest thing can hook someone as long as it’s funny. Humor requires intelligence to understand. You’re just showing your intelligence in a different way.

So an update - I found this book on piratebay. It's how to be an alpha male by Craig beck. It kinda summarises on a few topics. I don't agree with everything it says but it gives a good understanding as much as possible in 61 pages.
