There's a concept I wanted to share having to do with the prolific use of the internet during the pandemic and the dating world.

The idea being that you're on tinder, bumble, Tiktok, etc. and you see a smokeshow of a girl, she's got her instagram handle, and you think "ah, she's hot". So you creep her Instagram, maybe even follow her. You may mindlessly do this as I used to. You may already be on Instagram and see someone in your recommended and follow them because you think they're attractive.

My advice is go through all your social media accounts, and un-follow everyone you're following simply because you find them attractive. If they are adding nothing positive to your life, there's no reason to follow them. That 19 girl on tiktok doing dance challenges in tight leggings isn't actually going to improve your life in anyway. The gym girl doing ass-to-grass squats in heels and a g-string isn't going to add anything to your life. The girl doing "sexy" lip-syncing to WAP isn't bringing anything to your life.

The same goes for onlyfans, if you're paying to see photos/videos of a girl who doesn't know you exist, is that really a healthy relationship to have towards women in general? You're setting yourself up to be in a subservient position with women in real life, if you're being subservient to them online.

Following someone on instagram because they are hot may seem harmless and just fun, but the subconscious mindset it puts you in is idolizing women, the dreaded pedestal position, which we all know doesn't help you with women in real life. The negative idea is there in the word itself, its literally called following, and what well rounded man would follow women around hoping to get thrown a shout-out or a liked comment?

TL:DR Stop following women online just because they are attractive. It's fucking with your mind.
