Ok so I probably shouldn't be complaining but I got an English accent (in NA)

I get called out on it on almost every approach I make, it's a good icebreaker I guess but I literally can't think of a good funny/witty/alpha response to them bringing it up and I feel like not having one is affecting my game (boring uninteresting convo, oh where are you from in England, pls its not London ,so you don't know it).

Any advice or ideas?
