"Accidental" cold approach vs Going out on purpose

The idea behind any approach is to not fear rejection. The worst she can say is no.

Go out and approach. Use OLD. Approach women throughout your regular day to day life.

All the while you will learn from each approach. Wether it be what to do or not to do. What to say or not to say. Each experience will be a building block further strengthening your social skills and comfort around woman.

Compile this with whatever else you are working on to help improve yourself and success will be the outcome.

The harder you work the luckier you become. Good luck.

I don't go out with the goal of approaching anyone. It messes up your mindset and makes you too result dependent. I go to places I want or need to go to and if a woman that catches my attention is there, I'll act.

But, I agree, day game is the most optimal, especially as you get older and don't go out at night as much.

Just do your thing pal. You wont feel the need to approach once you have your life together. I just use OLD because there’s no worry that they won’t find you attractive

What is the point of approaching?

Think about it.

Do you do it to find your future wife or are you there to improve your game?

If you treat approaching as this one time thing that you do for this period of time on a set day then obviously you're gonna freak out. You're there with an agenda. You're looking to get something out of the interaction.

This is totally the wrong mindset to have since it'll make you feel like the kid asking their parents for money to buy sweets. You know that most likely they're gonna say no because sweets are unhealthy. And in an approach scenario, you know they're most likely gonna say no because the fact of going out with the sole purpose of getting numbers is unnatural and forced.

The best way to combat this is to really to become outcome independent and make approaching a natural thing that you do on a day to day basis.

If you make it into a habit and you don't discriminate between the hot and ugly girls and just approach everyone, then and only then would you be fully free from outcome.

Approach and try and get into a conversation with literally anyone. Fat girls, granny's, kids, dudes, old men, hot girls, waitresses, bartenders, drunk people, whatever. And then do it everywhere: bus stops, nightclubs, bars, shopping malls, when you're with your friends, when you're waiting in line, coffee shops, on the street, in stores, in alleyways, it doesn't matter.

That's the only way you'll ever overcome your fear of approaches and it'll make you super social in general.
