Honestly, don't cancel another time because as men our word is our bond and it has meaning. If you cancel again you demonstrate that your word is meaningless. If you don't want a relationship don't verbalize with your words that you don't want a relationship. Demonstrate it through your actions. Just keep hanging out, having fun, and hooking up. She will take the hint that you want to keep things casual. Also, don't get her a valentines day card. Totally unnecessary.

You are only giving off boyfriend signals if you demonstrate with your behaviors that you are interested in a long term relationship. Always keep her at arms reach and never be too available (it seems as though you aren't which is good) and she will get the hint.

If you just continue inviting her over to your place (and you hookup and have fun) she will understand what's going on. At that point, she will either want to maintain what's going on, or try to get you to settle in a long term relationship. Just keep delaying the process.

you should just be upfront with her especially if you think you might have given the wrong impression. despite it being awkward or difficult it’s necessary for both of you. if you wait for her to bring it up you might hurt her in the process for leading her on. it’s not fair to her. also if ure having that many sexual partners at once that’s another reason why u should tell her

My fwb (male)invited me (female) over on Valentine’s Day because that’s the only day that worked with our schedules. He did say jokingly “maybe we shouldn’t given the date 🤣” Something joking like that gave me the hint it isn’t going to be more than our regular hookup date. My advice is to have a conversation with her and be up front where you stand. It saves hurt feelings and messy situations can be avoided. Let her know like mine did that there are others, that it isn’t serious and come up with a set of expectations you create together and agree to. We have ours in writing (in text) so we can refer back to it. For example he can say “no ma’am according to rule #3 you agreed to not be jealous of the others.” Communication really is key.
