Problem: When you search "how to increase charisma" you usually get lists of what charismatic people do ("top ten tricks", etc), rather than actual workout plans. So what would the latter look like?

For game, I recall "mystery's newbie drill": Make 3 approaches per hour, 4 hours per night, 4 nights per week, for (forgot how many weeks/months).... With further details of how to practice in each interaction.

What might this look like for charisma in general (not picking up women, but leading other guys and/or groups of people)?

I'd guess it would look somewhat similar: "Go out and interact with a stranger/friend 5 days/week"... Then perhaps there would be a list of, idk, 10 skills to work on. And you would work on each until you reach some metric of having "passed it".... But here the hypothetical details get fuzzy.

Too analytical, you may say! Well, the concept interests me—I often go out and interact with people without building charisma, but rather reinforce my deferring/beta ways. Have any of you read or heard of some practical, actionable system along these lines?
