Super silly question.

I can approach people ok and chat quite well. But I struggle with giving out my number or taking theirs.

We might be chatting, it's going well, and at some point, I have to give her my number and it's a slightly awkward time of her getting her phone out, opening it, going to contacts, typing my name in and the long number - it just all feels a bit awkward and not on the same vibe as the chat

Or, if I ask for hers, it's the same process.

I was thinking about business cards as that feels much smoother and quicker but not sure if it's cringey.

What do people think?
