I'm soon to be 39 and now that I won't waste time on random shit like I did in my youth, I'm ripped. I'm smarter, more collected, wiser, wealthier... Literally the list is endless. It's all in your favor. If you don't see yourself as an improvement of your dumb younger self then forget pickup and spend a hard 6 months working on yourself. You'll thank yourself, you deserve the best and that's what the best is. After that come back to this and you'll find it much easier.

Here's the thing... When you're young, you have all the potential in the world. As you get older, you need to have turned that potential into actualization. If you've kept growing and improving; youthful, stylish, fit, finances in order, etc... you can just keep getting more and more attractive and having more and more women interested in you.

One big difference is that the 20-something will shit test you, and want to keep things on the downlow so they don't take the social hit for dating you. They're still interested though, maybe even more interested. 90-something % of women like older men, and about 20% fetishize middle aged men.

If you haven't actualized, you're broke, fat, horseshoe bald, have lose touch culturally, and haven't seized the opportunity to keep growing as a person... you're going to have a bad time.

I'm 41, after a more than a decade long relationship.

Always shy with women and with low self esteem. Also had a bit of depression post break up. My only redeeming quality is my height.

Things were never more eventful than right now in this department. Right now I'm dating two women, I have casual sex with a third and there's a couple more that are interested.

I don't even do something actively to pursue it. I just do stuff or go to have a drink and they come. I'm just really calm and have a good time.

Probably I'm fucking my emotional void, but I don't care.

Day game actually works well when you're older. You just have to find out what works best for you, it also doesn't have to be in the street, you can do it in parks, museums, shops, cafes, anywhere there's people.

Just start conversations with women, be charming, keep the conversations fairly short (a few minutes) then say you enjoyed talking to them and you'd like to see them again.

You'll get a mixture of responses but it never ceased to amaze me when a girl half my age responds well and is obviously very attracted to me from the start. Talk to enough girls and that'll happen to you too.

I can say it does. You are probably going to have some work to do on yourself first. You don't need to stop girls on the street, you need a social life and hobbies. You can try dating apps, but I hated them.

I think you can trust women to be women regardless of age. I feel the dynamics of flirting/dating have been quite similar, at least throughout my life. The skeleton(principals) is similar, but you need to fill in the meat applicable to each situation. And yes, a lot of the posts are probably more applicable to younger people. But I think woman(humans) of all ages seek similar things in life an in a man, even though it gets tuned a bit with age.

I got out of a 5 year long relationship last year. Had terrible game at the time, but learned quickly by reading stuff here on Seddit.

This is the way I would do it.

Forget about trying to copy people it's not possible. What works for me would not work for you because we are different. Different personality and probably different physicality.

Talk to girls I assume you are pretty social. I talk to women constantly at work especially I practice all the time. When you do this even though you may not be getting laid you exude a non creepy friendly vibe. They pick up on this.

Forget about being average looking because overall you are far from average.

I used to go out with guys who would alwyas be defeatist and say we'll never meet any girls tonight because its sausage fest.

The reality was I wasn't even in that game but I allowed their negativity to influence my mindset. I often went home alone.

I made friends with guys who were like me 6'5 athletic and attractive. My life changed because I was around successful people for once.

So you are far from Average my friend.

Incrementally get women to like you and you'll meet someone.

Honestly I’m not quite 40 but mid 30’s and just got out of a 6 year relationship. I have never pursued anyone over the age of 24. I met my last gf when she was turning 24 and I was turning 29. (Same bday). She just turned 30 and we broke up. Now I’m starting to date again but I am not attracted to 30+ year olds. Before my last gf I started a relationship with a 21 year old when I was 27. Prior to that 19 when I was 23.

Luckily I still look like I’m mid to late 20’s but suddenly the game is fucked up. Now I feel a bit odd going after the early 20’s crowd because the early 20’a now are gen Z weirdos who like dumb shit and have zero social skills. But I don’t want a 30+ year old who can’t realistically give me multiple children unless we start immediately.

I’m close to 40 and date 21-29 all the time. At our age first is don’t look like a 40 year old. Eat well, gym, face care. Secondly, cash. Who cares about the funny cool guy working delivering pizza when I drive a $200k+ sports car and waltz into high end places whenever I want and just added a $4m pad to my investment portfolio hey?

I still pursue multiple girls and don’t feel a thing when they ghost or turn me down or come up with excuses not to meet up. After many years who really cares what some povo chick who’s about to peak at 24 with no future thinks of me. I use them for same fun anyway so it’s fair game here. You should be smarter, richer, sexier, have a better job and have more maturity than you as a 20 year old. At 40 plus you just need to find what you're comfortable with and don't relive your youth.

Do you want to flex money and hit up expensive bars, engage in some sport club, join a language exchange, still go to nightclubs, street game, work events, asking friends and family if they may know someone ? And of course on line dating.

Yes, all the male parts work at when you are 40 years old. As well as when you reach 60 years old and beyond. As long as men take care of themselves they can continue to thrive.

You.have to exercise and maintain your muscle mass. You lose a percentage of muscle each year after 30. You.must do strength training, cardio, and a routine of stretching & lifting for core strength. Gravity is your enemy

You must also eat a proper diet. Then ensure your hormones are balanced properly and at the correct levels. Taking antidepressants (SSRIs) can be a real problem.

Interestingly enough sex is better as you age. Men can be more skilled in the bedroom at an older age. It pays big returns. Women also report a demonstrative increase in their pleasure with older men. There really is no excuse. All I can say is "Knowledge is Power." Keep.up to date and stay relevant.

But, if younger men lead a secondary lifestyle, play video games, don't get proper sleep or nutrition, and don't monitor their hormones. Thirty and forty could be challenging and a troubling wake-up call.

Get married, then practice making babies. It's good for your health and you will have a purpose in life.
