I wanted to share with you a method which 8 times out of 10 works for me to "warm things up" and get her comfy with physical touch.

Let me paint the picture:

You are on a date, at the bar, coffee shop, just walking, etc. You chat for some time and now you want to get her comfy with physical touch, thing i use for it is "palm reading". For example, we are at the coffee shop having coffee and cake, we talk and laugh for some time and then i tell her: "Hey you know i have a secret skill" "What is it?" "Show me your palm" as i said most girls are willing to do it, and after that i start "reading", which means i am just touching and giving a light massage to their hand while spit nonsense like, "oh, i feel this line is giving you more opportunities in future" and silly stuff like that, i always start to giggle and laugh at this point and she also joins, you want her to understand that you are doing it for fun, it is almost always win for me, by almost i mean that sometimes girl is too shy and won't give her hand or just is not in the mood, but most times it breakes the touch barrier (yes giving her hug in the beginning is good but not enough) and you both have fun, i build on that and as i said most times it helpes me to close.
