Not enough info is available here. There is so much missing from the context and what led to this. It’s almost impossible to know what’s happening and therefore any advice given is based on presumptions and speculations that may not apply.

Perhaps she’s trying to play hard to get thinking that showing a blatant lack of interest is going to somehow spark you to be more assertive/ dominant/ chase her?

Maybe she’s genuinely lost interest and has looked back at previous dates and thought “I escalated too fast and I feel like this needs to slow down but I don’t know how to articulate it so I’ll just be cold shoulder and hope that this dude reads minds #femaleLogic

Or maybe she’s genuinely just lost interest?

Or maybe you did something (or lack of doing the right thing) on that date that just put her off the mood completely?

Maybe she really needed to take a dump and she knew if she lingered in the car you’d make a move and this would lead to an emergency toilet break?

Maybe she was holding a fart in the whole movie and she absolutely had to gtfo of the car?

Making out and not having sex - will only hurt your chances to see her a second time.
