for somethings its great but for dating it can be difficult.

Because of living in the US i technically cant drunk yet, so we have been doing picnics where i supply the wine.

So you have illegally aquired alcohol and drank it with someone who doesn't know that they can be blamed if anything goes wrong.

she is unaware of how old i am, its just never come up....

Just tell her. It shouldn't be a problem unless you are insecure about who you are.

Do you think she will have an issue?

It doesn't matter if she does. It is apart of who you are and it affects your life. She either accepts it or not.

How do i go about it ?

Just tell her. Example. I am 20 and can't legally drink or go to places that have alcohol. My birthday is in ex months though.

Don’t wana sound like captain’ Hindsight, but I assume you had the opportunity to tell her when you learned she was 23. Don’t make a big deal out of this, just tell her when you have an occasion, that’s it!

If she likes you (and it sounds like she does) it won't be a big deal. Tell her honestly that you were nervous to bring it up, but you're not quite legal. And then ask her what the most fun bars are, she'll probably get excited to take you out on your birthday.

Again, as someone mentioned, you're doing something that could theoretically get HER in legal trouble.

So cut it out. Stop illegally getting booze/alcohol.
