Get over it. Women are responsible for their own choices, which includes having drinks and hooking up. You are not taking advantage of them, unless your intention is to have sex with them while they are blacked out. Your refusal to even consider hooking up with a woman who is drinking sounds demeaning, like they are not responsible for their actions due to a mental deficiency. And your attitude smacks of smug superiority, that these women are beneath you because they drink and you don't.

You're making it sound like she has no choice in the matter when you say "taking advantage". You need to change that frame of mind, friend.

People drink for a reason, to loosen themselves up and have fun. So where's the harm if you're the one she wants to have fun with? It's not like you're forcing her to take shots or anything, right? You're there, she's into you, she happens to be drinking and wants to play with your giggle stick... I fail to see the problem. Stop white knighting this and ruining your chances.

Like what these guys have said, change that mindset. If you're still uncomfortable hooking up with a drunk girl, try to take your target somewhere after she's been drinking. Do something fun while she's sobering up, then fuck her. In general, though, don't be afraid to fuck girls that have been drinking. I think you'll find that most of them on a given night aren't trashed anyway. Obviously some will be trashed; only fuck them if you really don't give a shit.

I have the opposite problem. While I, too, don't like to hook up with a girl who's really drunk, I too often drink to the point that I can't stop myself and start making really stupid mistakes, or I get extremely tired and lose the motivation to keep gaming.

I'm about to start going to the bars with hardcore consistency, and so I think I'm going to start ordering plain tonic water, more to save money than anything else. Perhaps I'll take a small flask of alcohol so I can loosen up a bit without getting tanked.

I don't drink, and don't have any intentions of starting. Hooking up with girls who have been drinking is fine, provided that they aren't wasted, and if you don't put them in drinking environments when you're gaming them up they will sober up from buzzed to barely buzzed by the time you do anything.
