First of all, I would like to commend you for looking toward yourself as the answer for what might be going wrong. Too many people externalize blame rather than focusing on what they have the power to control, and as a consequence, make themselves miserable while failing to solve their problem.

Second, the problem is likely a combination of a) looking in the wrong places/talking to the wrong women, and b) the way you are talking about setting these up. We can’t answer which is which without more background information. What does your conversation look like? Where do you usually approach women? Do these women have anything in common, or are they from different walks of life? Roughly how old are you? Roughly how old are they?
