If you’re not interested, it’s okay to act like it never happened and move forward as friends. Before you make the decision be 100% sure, because once you make it you can’t go back. At the same time have some balls and jump.

Its possible she is embarrassed she hit on you so hard and felt you just kind of went along with it. Your mistake was saying it didn't happen which implies to her that you are trying to forget the part where you two had the romantic connection. You should have said, "I love it when you are intense. I like how cheesy you can be." If she says lets forget everything you should say, "I really enjoyed last night and seeing that new side of you. I like you more when you open up like that."

She doubts investing in you now because you set up a boyfriend frame, so now she think that she have to be extra careful of choosing her future husband.

You would already be in a relationship with her if you had sex with her that night.

Its hard to reverse this situation because you would have to undo the boyfriend frame. Alternatively, you can try to date her many times with the boyfriend frame and hope for the best.

You can also undo the boyfriend frame by naturally and slowly setting up the player frame again but this is a solution for social circle. It's unlikely you can do this.

Not a hopeless situation but an unlikely chance of recovery. You potentially can still pull it off.

You did fine. I agree with the comment that says to tell her you love her intensity. She’s shy and scared of ruining your friendship. Lots of women value friendship a lot, only a few of us hate the friendzone. Like if we like you we could be in a relationship of be just friends and both are fine and valuable to us. Because we don’t have sexual scarcity but male friendships are so valuable and hard to maintain.

In "game" terms I'd say it's a case of getting over that point of no return... Almost every woman wants sex to happen organically and spontaneously. You got to a very high level of intimacy with her without having sex, and usually what happens is that it creates expectations on the girl to actually have sex with you next time, resulting on pressure for which the girl might fold.

If I had to guess, I would say the best thing you could have done would have been to try to get more intimate with her in that moment, at least try to kiss her, instead of building up pressure for the next encounter
