Read Meditation for Dummies. The pua stuff won't help much, but dissolving your ego will.

Try writing out your beliefs and counter arguing them by finding the logical holes. Find contrary evidence from your experience to discredit your false belief. Then reinforce. Every time your fear/belief comes up, challenge it and remind yourself of the opposite.

Also, acting in spite of your beliefs will change the beliefs. Your actions will force a change in mindset.

I personally find the notion of “exotic” racist. Because it implies a standard that is more often than not based on European Beauty Standards.

What is your goal here? Is it just for sex? If it’s just for sex then you just need to learn how to approach women, be confident and be charming. Consent and being Direct is always best when sex is the goal.

This takes practise and the ability to deal with rejection which is better dealt with, with practise.

Lastly, personally, I try not to have a type because it ultimately limits our choices and stops us from seeing our assets just as they are.

Our bodies Sexual desire and attraction makes exceptions to the “types” when you are open minded, sexually curious and adventurous.

Sexually curious and adventurous people are equally open minded and if sex is what I’m after, that’s the kind of person I’d hope to find.
