Any daygame tips for an overweight guy?

be confident, well groomed, well dressed and just approach the situation the same way as if you were already ripped.

ive been overweight before and still am even though I lost a lot of weight. with the weight loss my facial features and just overall body was more pleasing to look at and tbh did help me open, but even when I was really fat in my head I am ripped and that mentality has helped me not care how I actually look weight-wise

At the very least practice flirting with me very girl you meet and just approaching for the sake of approaching. Just to get some experience under your belt.

Try not to have any expectations, a lot of girls will be uninterested right off the bat depending how heavy you are but that’s okay. Pay attention to who you wanna approach, they are most likely all in shape and fit. If you really wanna get laid before you lose the weight and approaching hotties isn’t working try approaching less desirable women in conjunction with the hot ones.

Don’t give up on the hot ones but they know they are hot and have a ton of options so it’s much harder to get them than a girl who’s overweight and doesn’t get cold approaches often if ever.

Also be aware the weight loss diet and exercise is really a way of life not a temporary thing. Be prepared to make these changes permanent parts of your life as most people who lose a lot of weight gain it back after cuz they feel like the diet and exercise was a tools to get fit but now they don’t need it anymore when really it’s a way of life.

Also someone else messaged feeling hacked mentally. The mindset shift is very very important cu even when most fat people lose the weight somewhere deep inside they still feel like a fat person and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy and they manage to gain all the weight back.

I don’t want you to feel discouraged by what I wrote but just be aware (if your not already) that this happens to tons of people.

Also until you have most aspects of your life in order it’s gonna be harder to get girls who do have their life in order as they know they are high value and they judge you by appearance first despite whatever any pickup artist says (most of it is a way to sell products)

The success rate for cold approach day game is very low even for guys who are teaching the stuff and a bunch are frauds. Game is real and it will help you out in many ways but try your best to have limited expectations when approaching, keep working out and bettering yourself in all aspect of your life,keep practicing approaches/flirting and treat every girl the same(even undesirable women as it will help you develop your natural rhythm when talking with girls and you’ll be able to do it easier with the hot ones)

Good luck man hopefully this all works out for you. Also read the book how to be a 3% man by Corey Wayne, it will help with the mindset change towards women as knowing what behaviors to eliminate will make you more confident knowing that most guys are unaware they are even acting weak and needy.
