I lived in Kanata when i first started going out regularly. In short, I feel sorry for you.
Join the lair, and use it to meet people. NEVER, EVER participate in the online posts/discussions/circlejerks. Particular people on that forum that you should take seriously/try to meet: Slip, Ilium. I haven't been there for years though, so there are probably heaps of other cool people.

Hey Mooza, there's a bit of a schism right now because the old forum was having lots of trouble. Slip, myself and as many of our favourite folks from the old lair as possible are over here now - the new ottawa community. Don't want to advertise it but we're organizing some events and such these days - next Wednesday is the next one.

Oh no, he deleted it when I logged in. Buddy it was Hull. That is like me going outside and saying I am surprised by the snow. I bet pretty much any clown could hook up with someone in Hull and I've seen it on Halloween. Hence "dirty hull." My advice for landing a girl in Ottawa. Be an ass, and a cocky one at that (no pushovers). I don't know this section as I just click a link, but glancing over the threads of the section, 86% will fail and fail hard. Respect yourself, and respect the opposite sex more.
