I've been going out regularly with another Sedditor, and it occurs to me, that aside from our individual sticking points, we don't really know how to wing each other. Any advice/guides?

I am particularly concerned with the fact that we don't know how long to wait before entering the other's set, what to do while waiting (presumably one should open another set :p), how exactly to go in, etc. Our main scenario is one of us opening a two-set.
