Hey all, so I wanted to started approaching girls i see out and about. Ive been relying on dating apps and honestly it’s just pathetic.

How do you guys carry yourselves when you approach? I get the be yourself thing but I frequently come off as intimidating when around girls my age just naturally. (im 22)

From women Ive openly asked why I seem intimidating, they usually say things like: “you look dangerous. As in not good for me” or “I thought u were a f*ckboy”. And I get more variations of these comments but im not sure why. I dont use a seductive tone when openly talking to women but i do try to lean into my social confidence.

Like for example, they’ll converse, the conversation will be great, laugh, erc but it seems they gravitate to the “nerdier” or i guess easier to talk to dudes nearby. It could be Im giving off an “im trying to get to know you” vibe but im really not too sure. (more practice will definitely help)
