She is a slut. Meaning reduced likelihood of pair bonding, increased likelihood of cheating, increased likelihood of crazy/jealous shit. Also implies certain general personality traits, dispositions, and political views. On the flip side, probably great sex and is a fun person.

I personally would never date a woman like that, nor touch her with a ten foot pole. However, plenty of men do, and many seem to be satisfied.

The mistake would be going into the relationship believing she will ever truly abandon her slutty ways. One cannot turn a hoe into a housewife.
