it sounds like you are pretty much set. The only potential problem you run into is how well you hid the DLVs and where you hid them. If she finds them, then you are in trouble. If she finds them all in the same place then you are screwed. It would be like finding a closet full of shame

I keep my house immaculate. Immaculate. Not necessarily for the purposes of seduction but I like a clean smelling place to live.

Entry

Take her coat ( I take her coat to my room). don't remove it for her like an AFC. When she takes it off take it to your room (she can come retrieve it later).

Living room

Clean. Make sure to remove / move pillows to not block you two when your sitting next to each other.

Kitchen Sinks clean and drained. Stove top is clean. If you two are cooking have everything set up and organized ( you know what the fuck you are doing). I'd even consider doing some "prep" work that way the house is filled with good aromas from food (eating and intimacy are linked in the female mind).

Bedroom

You've pretty much spotted this one on point. My only suggestion would be softer lighting ( floor lamps, rope lighting). It's not as abrasive and looks better than over head lighting. Keep your bed orderly and lots of pillows.

This is most crucial KEEP YOUR CONDOMS CLOSE AND THE PACKAGE OPEN !!!!!!!! Take a few out and store them between the mattress and box spring. If that's impossible keep them in the box but make sure you can get them out of the box unwrapped ( wrapper disposed) and on quickly. We're talking ninja fast. I mean you should have this down to an art of 30 seconds or less. Or you can get her to do it if you trust / feel that way.

Bathroom

I leave some mouthwash hanging out by the sink. Amongst other items it's pretty innocuous. Plus if she'll use some of it you'll notice and it's a solid IOI. Make sure toilet paper is hung up right.

That's about it. I would also suggest that in order to make it smell good you extinguish all candles shortly before her visit. Doesn't make you seem too try hard plus makes it smell nice.

EDIT: OKAY THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT TOO. Now that it's winter I'll usually turn the heat up. It makes them wear less clothing / makes them more comfortable. While you can use the cold to your advantage ( snuggling and fireplace if available). I would strongly recommend keeping the heat at an almost too comfortable temperature. Remember no one likes to get naked when they are shivering.

Wow, this is more like an OCD cleaner's checklist than a PUA list. I honestly am a pretty crappy housekeeper, but I've never ever ever lost a chick due to that. If she comes back to my place, it's game over.

I think the main thing is not to be super messy or smelly. No dirty dishes, smelly trash, etc. I use those plug-in air fresheners with a very light neutral scent. Plenty of cool stuff to talk about in the house, good music, and it should overall look nice and be comfortable. Keeping a clean bathroom is probably the most important because it's the main place that she will be by herself. Nothing incriminating in the medicine cabinet for sure.

I've had girls over after a first date when my bedroom was a relative hellhole and it made no difference.

I actually like to have some slight clutter in my living room that makes it clear I didn't get all Martha Stewart on her behalf, since that's not who I am. YMMV.
