Should you ever ask before making a move on a girl. I know it can kind of make you seem like an unconfident beta, but some girls have some traumatic pasts with guys making unwanted advances on them. When I say making a move, i dont necessarily mean sex, i mean putting your arm around her or kissing. What would be the best way to ask that still makes you look confident enough but also respectful and making her comfortable. Would putting your arm around her then asking something like "is this alright" good?
