So I was standing in a circle with few people in a bar and chatted to one girl. At one point she said she has to leave and I asked her to share contacts.

Now I fill like it was a bit rude, because I didn't give her any option to say no. It's obvious that she would not reject me in front of all the group, unless she's really impolite.

Do you think it's acceptable, or I shouldn't ask for contact info if I didn't manage to isolate?
