A lot of guys here are talking about dating multiple girls at the same time. How (and when) do you make it clear to them that you are not looking for a serious relationship? Or maybe you simply don't care and let them be disappointed later?

For me it always feels like after few dates that went well girls implicitly expect the relationship to become exclusive, and they would be sad or angry if they found out I'm not looking for that. But maybe my judgment is wrong.
