You obviously know her name; so if you haven't already; greet her with "Hello her name here how are you today? " With a smile on your face.

While you are filling out her prescription, make small talk, like how her day was or any other open ended question. Respond with a simple "that's good" and briefly explain your day at the pharmacy (if it was a shitty day, pull back a little and just show your condolences.)

If she is biting a little (that is, if she is responding to you cheerfully, or seems happy that you are having a conversation with her) compliment one of her accessories that she has on. Tell her how much you like it and compliment how it goes well on her. Then follow through by asking her where she got it.

After doing all that; (again assuming she is happy to talk to you) wrap up the conversation, and by this time her prescription should already be filled. Tell her that you were happy speaking to her and to TELL (not ask) to give you her phone number. Again, assuming she was happy to speak to you, there are 3 things that will happen

She will be give you her number without hesitation (best result)

She will be shocked you asked her, but will hand you her number (decent result)

She will decline but atleast understand now that you have it in for her

Which ever result happens, make sure to play it cool, and wish her a good day.

Talk to her and flirt before you ask her out. If she goes for the usual prescription you could joke and say

"word is on the street (describe her) a blond haired girl with red shoes is selling (her prescription)"

But I don't really know the girl, some girls don't understand these kinds of jokes and take it as literal.
