Hey bud, I'm guesing the girls doing this are under 25 - why? just that thing kind of thing is how young girls deal with rejection because they're generally insecure.

So what's happening?

Imagine that you're at a house party - You meet a guy there (you're a guy too), and he is a nice dude, friendly to chat to, you chat for 30 mins about random stuff then the conversation dies out and you decide to go chat to some other friends. Before you leave, the guy says 'why don't we catch up for a beer sometime dude' You say 'sure okay why not - You swap number with him, he seems like a guy who could become a friend maybe - nice enough - not annoying.

Then the next week rolls around and random guy asks if you want to join him for a beer and some pool that thursday night.... Suddenly you find yourself thinking - Eh, it seems like a lot of effort for this guy we didn't even really have that much fun chatting, am In the mood for drinks and pool with this guy? Nah, too much effort.

So what has gone wrong is that he was nice enough to be cool to swap numbers with, but not really worth all the effort and hassle to actually catch up with. Part of you just swapped numbers with him because it's easier than being all awkward and telling him no. You would have said no if he was creepy or aggressive but he wasn't.

In this situation you're that guy - Nice enough to swap numbers, but not really worth the effort - Your conversations need to be better, you need to have more value in her eyes. More rapport and more fun via banter is required to make her really want to put in the effort to see you again.

The ghosting is just because she's too young and immature and unconfident to just do the decent thing and say 'sorry I'm not interested.

1)First off: check out “magnetic messaging” and Braddocks guide to phone game.

2)For the first date I would recommend using the tactic from magnetic, I.e. you only text on the days you are trying to get her out. The reason for this tactic is because ppl lose interest/excitement over an event when it’s in the distant future. It’ll be easier for her to be excited about drinks tonight than for her to maintain the same excitement 3 days into the future.

3) Take them out Sunday through Thursday. You usually have less things to compete with on her social calendar at this time.

4) Keep sarging.

Someone is telling them something terrible about you, and it's you. You're likely sending oncoucious signals of neediness. Are they agreeing to a date then flaking? Or are they flaking after you ask them out?
