Hi guys,

I went on a first date, and I haven't texted back. We didn't kiss, and I should have made more of a move.

Anyway, there were these signals that I was able to discern:

  • flicking of hair
  • playing around with her straw
  • rubbing the rim of her glass
  • using her elbow as a support to rest her head
  • rubbing her neck
  • showing the back of her thigh because the chair made an imprint on it

I think these are mixed signals according to convention.

How should I read these signals and go about texting back after our date. It's been near an entire day now.
