Christian Grey has a whole method for this which is pretty good. But his way you don't go straight to the DMs, you start with something smaller like a photo comment, get a conversation started in the comments, and then transition the conversation to the DMs. Pretty slick, I've pulled it off a few times.

i do think it actually may work out with some, but guess what's working for sure? approaching women in real life. so why would i spend time on a different method when there's already a reliable method.
