Don’t be available every time she calls if you have been. Text her and say you’re busy with XYZ but would be down to meet when you both have some time. Her willingness to work with you there will let you know where you stand.

Point is: whatever she wants from you*, she’s clearly getting from phone calls so in her mind, why put in the effort to meet if she’s already winning?

*she’s after attention, distraction when she’s bored, and the validation boost that you’re still into her. Take all that away and see if she sticks around.

She's moving on and so should you. She was open with you from the beginning and now it's up to you to understand the signs she's giving you. If you caught feelings, try talking to her to see where she stands. If she doesn't want to or tells you it's over, MOVE ON! Cheers!

She's not interested in relationship and you're too invested, evident by the fact that you're frustrated.

Just pull back and don't be a salty bitch about it. She might turn around later, but never if you burn that bridge out of frustration now. Don't try to make anything happen with her, don't ask her to meet, don't be enthusiastic when she calls you, be indifferent. Match her interest level, which currently ain't much.

She might have sensed that you were a bit too into her for the type of interaction she wanted to have with you (not relationship). That might be why she's pulling back, you have put too much feelings into her. So you have to prove you aren't that into her, that you can control your feelings to keep it casual. You are doing the opposite of that by trying to see her again all the time, so just stop.

There might be a chance of salvaging this by doing this, if or when she does turn around wanting to see you again make sure your interest level in her is always a slight bit below her interest level in you.

Important to note that there is no guarantee that this will work. There's a decent chance this entire thing will just fade, so you'd be wise to go find someone else while she's on the back burner. If she doesn't turn around you'll be busy with someone else anyways.
