I'm 19 so I can't go to bars or clubs, but I was thinking about rolling downtown at 11 or so and approaching people who are out mingling. Or maybe 2am when the bars are closing. Is this a viable strategy at all? Not asking as a substitute for daygaming, just on top of it.
