Seems like you’re in the mindset of taking whatever girl you can get regardless of if she meets your criteria or not. There’s some underlying belief system that you can only get these girls so you subconsciously tend to attract what you’re getting instead of what you want, and you’re putting most your energy into these girls who don’t meet your standards and wasting time you could be spending getting the girls you want.

If you want it to stop then you need to be pickier and stop wasting your time with them.

Id say im below abv attractiveness or maybe mildly avg attractive and they girls i like are that kind. Not that tall or muscular but i am fit and workout and keep good hygiene and grooming. Have a good social life too. Idk what gives

Of course make sure other people think you're fit, have good hygiene, and are well-groomed, too, just to make sure it's not just you drawing that conclusion. Also make sure your style is set. Good? Here's the deal: The hotter the woman is, the more people she has competing for her attention. This leads her to be able to be super selective. So what do you do? For one you don't have a failure mentality about it, otherwise you've already lost. Keep your hygiene, grooming, style, and fitness perfect. Tweak it wherever you can. Now tweak your mindset.

Turn this petty stuff into a game. Determine that you're the best player there is and you're not playing the game because you want or need any kind of prize (even though you do, but you keep that to yourself). You're playing the game because you're just here to have fun and be social.

Become outgoing if you're not already. Make conversation with everyone you meet, men and women alike. Become a social butterfly. Being sought after by others will lead you to be desired, which will make it easier to approach these types of women and make conversation with them and show off how you're the best there is for them.

No, it's not an overnight process. Yes, it does take time, dedication, and willingness to change, but if you put your mind to it, you'll get there.

Point is, i try things from this sub, usually never get anything like that and have to settle for something i dont really prefer.

What did you try specifically ? It seems you haven’t understood what you read if you think it’s just something that you « try ». It’s something you practice, it’s a mindset you integrate, it’s about becoming the best version of yourself and improving every single day.

It’s like saying « hey how can I get better at basketball ? I tried shooting the ball in the hoop a couple times but it didn’t work. Does anyone have advice on how to play on the nba ? »
