When you compare the cost of a 1 yr bumble subscription to one night at the bars, even if bumble only results in a couple lays a year, its still worth it imo. Dating apps are awesome for booty calls.

I’m going to be blunt, looks are the only thing that matter on dating apps. About 60% of my matches message me first, the others I just say something basic like “how’s your night? :)”. The only part of the process I put any thought into is how I go about setting up the date to ensure no flaking. And I 100% of the time set the date for drinks at my place. I am a very handsome dude. This wouldn’t work for most and most get very few matches to begin with

OP just want to follow up with a little tip I just remembered: . If you're using tinder, you can now exclude all profiles without a bio. I have turned this on. It may be a paid feature - not sure. But It weeds out these low effort profiles and also gets rid of a lot of scammer profiles. I think it's worth it. It will give you better profiles to match with. Helped a ton

comment or joke about her bio/photos exactly as you said

make 1 more joke/comment/banter if she matched and responds

if she responds positively after that 2nd comment, i just go to set up a date. she’s given enough interest at that point that she will say yes, or if she’s just on there for ego then she will filter herself out right there

you can say something like “hey so tbh i prefer to skip the small talk and get to know someone in person rather than over text, how do we feel about that?”

4/5 times they say they like that

then i ask for number so i can give them time and place (emphasizing you will take the lead on setting up the date and you know how to do so - women when guys do this over saying “wellll maybe we can go to place A or place B on some random day next week” blah blah)

then text them with those logistics

and don’t forget to have fun!

Just replace Lisa with the name of the girl. With a good profile this works a lot of the time on women with bland profiles.
