You have to risk awkward/weird in order to try to seduce a girl, that's just the way it goes. You shoot your shot and put yourself out there, and if she rejects you, then move on. Especially if you're a server at a restaurant, start looking at the other chicks that come in and start thinking of talking to them as well (not that you should ask them out at work). But not fixating on this one girl will probably make you more attractive to her as well. But escalation is key, make eye contact, ask her some questions, see if she wants to meet up for drinks after work.

If you’re already friendly then she knows you like her. Girls have a 6th sense for that shit so might as well just ask her out! Next time you’re chatting say something like “I know this might seem really random because we work together and everything but I think you’re cute af, want to go out sometime?” If she says yes or ok, then suggest a place and a time -> “ok cool, let’s get drinks at x place on Thursday 8oclock, sound good?”

If she says no or idk or I have a boyfriend or anything like that, then just say “ah ok no worries, just thought I’d throw it out there.”

Honestly, yes or no, she will probably respect you for asking her out straight forward like this. It will come across as very congruent if she is as hot as you say she is. Working together might even get better because she will see you as a man with his balls intact.

Do not try to game coworkers. Even Todd Valentine and several other famous coaches have said this. If you get rejected then you’ll have to face her everyday. And yeah you can “not give a fuck” but it gives you a bad reputation. She could even complain and get you fired, I’ve seen this happen in my own life. I’d recommend you don’t do it, but it’s up to you.
