Cold approach ideas?

When I was in college I would always fold my laundry in the laundry room. Every time that was a girl there she would approach me and compliment me "wow, I'm impressed." I had zero game in college and did not work out.

Other more flirty ideas:

When you're all finished, let out a big sigh and look at her to get her attention. Once you have it, say "well, it was good for me, was it good for you?"

If either of you happens to drop something on the floor "I really did not expect to be picking clothes off the floor the first time I met you, but here we are"

"This is kind of awkward, I don't think anyone's seen my underwear until at least the third date. I guess you're special"

Pick a compliment, preferably one that's unique to her AND isn't her looks. 'You look beautiful' isn't as good as 'you dress beautifully'. Women get 'you're cute/pretty/beautiful/whatever all the time. Complimenting something else makes you stand out, at least a little, AND you're complimenting she's chosen, not something she got from DNA. You can also consider asking for something. 'Damn, I forgot my dryer sheets, can I borrow one?' Or you can just go with, 'Hi, I'm OP, I haven't seen you before.'
