So I've been practicing approaching in all types of places where I live now. Cafes, restaurants and especially university campus. And although I manage to be confident and make the girl laugh and ask interesting questions, I still get rejected for all kind of stupid excuses.

In Germany people don't do cold approach, like almost never. People have programmed it to themselves that it only makes sense to meet people in parties or social events designed to meet people. Most guys here are beta as fuck and do not even dare to sexualise or escalate a conversation. They use the "interview style" talk with everyone and expect it to lead somewhere.

What I want to have is input on meeting women in germany and the general mentality, and if cold approach or game do actually work here. I've also never met a PUA here and would be interested for an exchange if possible.
