It's hard to give advice when you've only got three weeks to work with. First priority is making sure you're doing well in your classes. After that I would normally suggest joining a few clubs that interest you but everything is probably wrapping up for the year, so that's a no go. Do you have any friends in your classes? Maybe ask to sit with someone when you grab food. Doesn't have to be a girl. You should focus on building a group of friends you enjoy hanging out with first. You might get lucky going to a random party but if you don't know anyone you're not likely to get invited. At least that's how it worked when I was in college.

Three weeks to work? The great thing about college is that even though your graduate and get older, all the girls there stay the same age. Stick around and say you're a grad student. Bam, another five years to game.
