This is not a post about trying to get a girl or a field report.

I was talking to my friends in our group chat and once again one of them says "So, seddit5822 you get it in yet?" out of the blue. This same guy has questioned my sexual history multiple times and every time I've come back with a joking response.

His comment made me think a lot, and I started listening to Models again and some of the things he said were really relevant to my situation. One thing was that I shouldn't get with women just to impress my guy friends because that alone shows neediness.

I am not a virgin, however I am inexperienced. I could count the amount of times I've had sex on my hands. I don't talk about sex seriously very often because I'm not interested in talking about it. Sure I like to hear my buddies say "yea man I got with jessica last night!". But when we start talking "oh yea i just love when she does this" I become uninterested. Maybe I'm self conscious, or maybe I'm really just uninterested, I don't know. My lack of experience definitely comes into play because a lot of the stuff they talk about I can't relate to and I sit there quietly and listen.

I've had multiple friends be surprised when I told them I've had sex. One guy literally choked on his drink when I said it. Others asked me for more details because they thought I was lying.

So after taking a bike ride and listening to a little bit of models I've determined that showing that I care about their opinion of me is bad. I think this is fine, but the conversation keeps coming up. I'm not going to sit there and provide proof if I had any. The friend I mentioned in the first paragraph had brought it up maybe 5 times. Another friend will doubt me whenever I talk about a new girl I tell them about.

I don't like this position I'm in. I feel like since there are multiple people who have the same opinion of me that it comes off to everyone I meet the same way. I obviously don't want this to be the case because people think I'm a lesser man or whatever.

I was also thinking that the two guys who are the main problem both always talk about sex. Like all the damn time.

I know you guys can't really give advice of what I'm doing wrong since you don't know me. However I'm not sure what to do in these situations, should I play it off as it doesn't bother me or should I shut down the behavior?
