I'm a 26 year old guy, and recently I've thought a lot about the prospect of quitting dating apps for now. I've met a few women on there and I've realized that apps aren't really fulfilling. I don't get many matches on there and the girls I've met from apps haven't been the sort to write home about at all. However, if I remove myself from apps then I'm essentially removing myself from the dating scene entirely.

I've never had any luck approaching girls in real life. Back when I was in college I tried to chat up girls before or after class but they always seemed either disinterested or bored so I eventually stopped trying. After being out of college for two years I have a very small social circle and I don't really go many places besides the gym or the store. By nature I'm fairly introverted so I don't really try my luck at bars or anything either, or really go out and do anything for that matter. In my situation, what would you do? If I continue using apps I may get lackluster results out of it rarely, but if I stop using them I'm concerned that I won't even be seen by any women at all.
