The best way to control lust is to have multiple sex partners or be in a relationship where sex is constant.

If you are getting regular sex, there is no need for lust outside the bedroom and it's easy to see the goodness of life and be objective because lust isn't dragging you down.

Sex is not inherently bad, the distracting desire for it is; just as money isn't inherently evil but the love of it is.
