I just shoot them funny internet pictures. Typically that will turn into some kind of joking back and forth or a discussion. If not then she's either too busy to text or doesn't like texting

Your country has become the most beta Western country in the world. You want to be the exact opposite; an almost ridiculous caricature of an alpha. We have a lot of Germans come and work here over summer and the girls end up getting pumped and dumped by like 10 dudes, but I have yet to see a German guy pull. I hang out with them a lot FYI. This isn't to say "German guys can't pull" or be racist or some BS, I'm just pointing out there is very limited effective competition in your country in the current generation, due to the powers of PC and Alpha shame.

This type of mindset is what is creating so many betas. Actually the culture causes both. In short: a) why do you want a girlfriend? b) why would texting a girl more get you one? (hint: it won't matter)

I used to be a chump and text girls needy things like "Hey, how is your day going? :)" and it would work sometimes but mostly not. Stick to using text only to set up face-to-face meetings with women. Try it. You will be surprised at how quickly the dynamic of your game will shift from sending desperate shotgun blasts with the "I need to keep her thinking of me" mindset to screening multiple women who text YOU out of the blue because you've shown them you're not needy.

Why do you think you can't "get a girlfriend" if you don't text rather than, talking directly to them? Look into "pickupforum.de" you will get much better help there than you will here, and its german.
