Acknowledging feelings as opposed to being frustrated with feelings will help.

If she comes into your mind, do not feel bad/ frustrated/ needy. Just notice that that image is there. If you accept your present as fact, then in turn you will help yourself.

Moreover, ask yourself: "How do I feel?" Accept your feelings as fact. Even smile at your feelings. It is interesting right- that you would have such feelings? Remember only you can make yourself whole.

Accept the present moment.

Most of this is my interpretation of Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now."

If you become at peace with yourself, you will attract her in. Additionally, I experience positives from friends/ family/ ladies when I send love in their direction. I know this sounds so bogus, but give it a try. Write down who you love even if they frustrate you and even if you don't think you "Love" them. - ultimately that is what all of humanity wants- Love. Unfortunately, our modern English only has one word for love as opposed to the greeks who had many interpretations of Love.

Nothing wrong with oneitis really......just as long as you dont let it become you and make it evident.....id still keep the other girls there too.

There's nothing wrong with liking a girl. The issue is that if you like her because you're needy.

Well. I don't know how accurate that is. After a certain point when you start wanting to meet girls that you want to meet, oneitis can actually become an even bigger problem because you just KNOW that the girls you actually have a connection don't come often. The only thing you can really do IMO is to just keep going out and improving your overall life.
