Long story short, went out with a woman that I had a huge crush on in high school 20 years ago. Hit her up last month, was exchanging texts (yes, I know this isn't the best) and we finally went out last night (we didn't go out earlier as I had prior commitments).

She told me before we went out that she always wondered what could have become of us even 20 years later, but was in other relationships.

I was going to take her to a Greek restaurant but when I picked her up (she just hugged me) she asked if I really wanted to go there as I had to get back to where I live within the next hour and a half. She said she didn't mind just going through a fast food drive thru and chilling.

We basically just talked in the car about old times and catching up. She asked if I wanted kids and I said not really because I think I'm getting too old (38 years old). She's the same age, has 3 kids and said that because I'm a man that isn't too old. I find that odd, if she was interested in me romantically, she wouldn't suggest that as I'm sure she's probably done having kids. When I went to drop her off it was obvious she we only open for a hug again.

On the other hand she's said things (not on the date, through texts and phone calls) that are obviously sexual. She texted me like 2 minutes after I dropped her off that she was so happy we met up and wants to meetup again sooner rather than later and blasted my phone the rest of the night.

The mixed signals have me mind fucked. I'm guessing she's doing that on purpose. It's hard for us to isolate in a house together because she lives with her parents and I can't have females over at my place. This might also be a sign that not much physical can happen due to the logistics.

Any thoughts on the mixed signals as to what I should do? Regarding the logistics I was thinking of renting a hotel room next time.
