Girls like that get complimented all the time. You can throw in a compliment here and there but don't overdo it because you'll be just like all the other guys who talk to her. You need to differentiate yourself from them and show her your value.

Her psychology is this: " I know I'm hot, will he care? ", if you don't there's this sort of 'craving'.

If she is really hot and gets all sorts of attention like you say...then why would you want to be exactly like every other guy whom she meets????

She is not her looks as evidenced by your comment on it being a result of her mixed genes....find out about things which she actually has done or has control over which she is particularly proud of and complimented that, instead. A hot girl hears 1000x a day about how hot she is......it rolls off them like water on an oily road.

Listen to what she likes about herself....compliment that instead.

If she's already into you, I really would just speak my mind. Say what you want, and say it from a place of feeling, as a pure 'in the moment' expression without searching for any particular response. This is fundamentally different from the way she is used to being complimented. Most guys tell her she's beautiful in a means-to-an-end kind of fashion. In other words they say, "Hey, you're really gorgeous you know.." and then they stare at her hoping for a favourable response or a phone number. It's a fundamentally different thing if the guys she's dating offers her a genuine compliment without needing anything in return, and then moves the conversation along without lingering on it.

However, if you're worried about being too generic or you don't feel 100% comfortable with just expressing your sexuality, you can compliment her on something more specific. If she has a sexy walk, tell her that. If you think her mannerisms are cute, tell her that. And if you want to give her a more indirect-direct compliment about her body you can do so by talking about her style, e.g., "You know you certainly know how to dress to suit your body shape, I like your style."

Play around with any or all of that, but just make it real and don't go looking/hoping for a favourable response. Make it a pure expression of how you're feeling in the moment and offer the compliment as a gift.
