Hello Reddit!

About me. I consider myself an outgoing and ok++ looking guy. To be shallow and realistic I would say I'm a 6-7.

My current and past "issues" with girls, have been not being able to get women on my same level or higher than mine, in terms of physique or looks. Why? Probably most psychological. And to be honest I have no fucking clue why. It's just like there is some sort of barrier in my head that I haven't understood yet, and therefore not been able to overcome.

So, in terms of women, I get them, I have sex and relationships etc - but the thing that keeps repeating itself is, that the women I "get" or want me / show interest. Are below my physical/attraction.

I know it sounds shallow, but it's true. And a result of that is that I don't feel their attractive enough to try or even want to invest more, in terms of a long term relationship that I ultimately want.

And please, I would like to hear YOUR experience and take on "this"

So, tonight I had this weird experience that really pissed me off.

I'm traveling and on holiday. I meet a girl / made a friend, that clearly is very attracted to me - but me not to her. She is nice, very outgoing and cool. We had dinner and went to a bar.

When we arrive in the bar she invites two girls that arrived to join us - as she has the backpacker / open arms and love kind of vibe going on. Fair enough.

The girls she invited / joined us, we're pretty large and overweight - far from attractive / pretty. But no problem with that, I don't judge.

During the evening, the table next to us got occupied by three girls - extremely pretty / 8-9's.

I heard them talking and realized they are from my country. So I said hello to them and shared that I was from the same country. The response wasn't any good - and I got a polite "oh, yeah - really" back.

And yes, u realise that this isn't the most exiting / sexy thing to say - especially when they were as unapproachable / bitchy as they were.

Anyways. A few hours later one of the big girls starts to talk to one of the pretty ones (the one I spoke to earlier) the big girl told her that she had her dress tailor made and they spoke about that for about 2munutes.

About 10mins later, me and the pretty girl get eye contact, due to someone on her table moving / going to the toilet.

I assume she feels obliged to say something - which is "so, your hanging out with beautiful women with tailor made dresses"

I responded "yeah, we're did you get your dress made?"

She: "oh, this is from a shop in Europe"

Me : "it's most likely made by a person here in Asia anyways"

After that she said something else, and in the middle of me answering her - she turned her shoulder to me and I was left in the middle of my sentence, feeling like an idiot.

Wtf was this? Thoughts?
