Just stop what you are doing mid-motion, and tell a story about how you are hurt or traumatized of that because something in the past. That will usually make her MORE interested because of your mystery and that she wants to heal you, but should also buy you enough time to start sobbing, acting clingy, needy etc. And that will extinguish any kind of sexual attraction in her aswell...

If your talking about de escalating from mutual sexual attraction then not really .

Your safest bet is making out with them then telling them after that you don't find them sexually attractive .

If you do that , you have a confirming event that explains your lack of attraction
