You must be doing something drastically wrong if tinder isn't working there, man. I'm an invisible loser back home and I got 1000+ matches in a week in Bangkok and basically started running out of time to bang any more than the first few I met which was a shame. They'd come on lunch time dates and be pushing me into taking them back to a hotel within the hour. One brought an overnight bag as she already decided she was staying with me for several days.

Anyway, any of the large shopping malls are a good start if you gently approach and be calm, quiet and friendly. Approaching a pair might be better as they are timid and will feel a bit safer. Terminal 21 is a pretty good bet as it's semi-touristy, so the girls there will be more open and familiar with foreigners.

Central Lad Prao is absolute babe central but more of a 'locals' place, much higher quality there but might be a bit harder.

On top of that, night markets, I'm not sure what's good nowadays, maybe Jodd's Fair?

There's no reason that you shouldn't be planning a social life for yourself while traveling.

Where are you staying? If you're at a hostel, they often have events organized through the hostel.
Do a search on Facebook for Bangkok and then look through the groups and events in the search results. It should be pretty easy to find something going on. These events are organized by people who want to meet people.Low hanging fruit is there for a reason. Grab it.
