Just say there was something missing deep down. You clearly have different values which is a fine way to feel. Say you felt in your gut that it wasn’t going to work out long term so you would rather end the relationship now than waste both your time. Lastly who gives a shit what anyone else feels, it’s your relationship and if you want to get out of it to make you happy then do so

It is sad, but it will be more damaging to you, her and the child if you stay in a loveless relationship. It will give you both a chance to find happiness in another relationship, also the child will hopefully see you both in happy relationships rather than the only example of you two fighting which is what they see now

Thanks, I know that will be devastating for her to hear but it’s the truth, deep down I know were not meant for each other.
My family and our mutual friends include coworkers and people I’ll see for the rest of my life, so it’s important. Also I didn’t want to include this because of the judgement but we have a kid together. So yeah obviously it matters a lot how I go about this breakup.

Just tell people you two just weren't compatible and that it just lacked the spark. She seems like a nice person and I'm sure she will find someone who can appreciate who she is more. Breakups happen all the time, usually initiated by women, and there is nothing wrong with you doing whats best for you.
