Hard because she “rejoined” the team. Up to you. I probably wouldnt since youve only been working for a couple of weeks and this girls a oldie. Other than that id just say fuck it and go for it. Wouldnt matter if she rejected u anyways if u think shes hot

The first question would be, how much do you like your job? If you ask her out and she rejects you, your interactions with her could become very awkward. If you date her and then you break up, you’re working relationship could become very awkward.
