Nice. I actually started working out recently. I'm an engineer on a ship. I do about 10-15k steps everyday without any gym or special workout, and do tons of physical work. At first I told myself, nah, I'm too tired for gym, where will I find the time? All my crewmates told me that we never go to gym on ships because we work too much. And about 3 weeks ago I started and focused on weight loss and strength gain. And I lost about 9kgs. Food here is so bad, I'd rather skip it. I gained so much strength and even if I'm super tired, I always try to hit the gym almost everyday. I have some days when it's impossible due to work to hit it. I realized something I already knew, but my anxiety was always in the way of it. That I should just do it and ignore everything and everyone else. Cardio, gym, even after work. Yesterday I hit 25k steps.

All good but your point about baggy clothing is a bit silly.
Baggy clothing looks dope. I’m currently trying to remove all skinny jeans from my wardrobe because they honestly look shit 😂
Just find a style that suits you. If you’re a punk, there’s no point walking around in chinos all day. And if you’re a businessman, don’t wear ripped jeans and hoodies all day. Just create your own style that you’re comfortable in and makes you feel confident.
Edit: I think this is a problem most guys here have, thinking that there’s one type of guy that gets laid, and anything else is bad. “You must wear such and such clothing, you must be such and such body shape” etc… fuck that!
Just be you. Get in shape, have a personality. Unless you’re trying to pull a basic barbie-looking girl, there’s no point forcing yourself to look like Ken.
Believe it or not, there are lots of different types of people. And they’re all able to get laid 😂 and form relationships with similar people. Metal-heads, punks, skaters, businessmen, sporty guys, nerdy guys, students, labourers, gamers, musicians… the list is bloody endless. All these people can be successful in dating. You don’t need to remodel your entire personality.

Exactly my thoughts. I enjoy baggy pants especially cargo pants, so comfortable and many pockets.
Just have to be creative with your style and enjoy it

What if you’ve done all those steps and still fail?

Then pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and do it some more. Take notes. Have people dissect those notes. Have them, and yourself, be brutally honest about what you observe.
