Pretty much the same if you were in your teens and 20s. Go out and approach women like mad.

Keep a journal of what you think you did wrong or right and detailing each night. Learn from your mistakes.

But more than anything, dont stop approaching. Even as the rejections or instances of getting ghosted mounts. \

Important thing to remember, is there is no way to make rejection and social anxiety easier. Stop wasting time online looking for shortcuts. Thats time you could be spending outside gaining experience approaching women.

The beginning stages of seduction is 80% field work and 20% studying.

Newbies have a tendency to skew that more towards 60% studying and 40% field work. Or even worse, 80% studying and %20 field work. Then they wonder why they arent improving despite the fact that they only approach 1 girl a week (or worse yet a month).

I'm in the same boat for opposite reasons. My last serious girlfriend was at 18 years old and she fucked me over in a way that made me stay away from dating until recently and I'm 35, so for different reasons I missed out on learning the game and hooking up or building new relationships.

It seems to me it could be a blessing in disguise because I didn't get stuck in the modern way of doing things, all I know about interacting and meeting people is the old way, before the internet and social media completely ruined actual socializing. It can throw people off in a positive way, like when I call a woman with the ancient phone app, or approach with some in person charisma and have an actual conversation; it's even more appreciated because it stands apart from the hundreds of guys she met on socials analyzing how, when and how often to text.

I could go on with more examples, but I conclude mid 30s is a great time to start, as women our age are hitting the wall, as men we have no wall and our value can go up with our age as long as we keep putting in the work, and now we are the older guys that the younger women are seeking.

Just go out and have fun. Talk to women like they're people and eventually you'll see those glimmering moments where you suspect a girl is into you. Then you shoot your shot

It should be easier for you than in your teens and 20”s depending on your situation. With that being said if you have a good job, wealthy income and if you take care of your self- not gym wise but health wise you will kill it. Just keep in mind that the Brian and the mindset is always on default, you just have to learn a trick in tricking your mind that you’re already ahead. Have faith, confidence in your self. If you do not try at all then you will never end up anywhere, trying is the BEGINNING of everything. Just my way of thinking. Good luck to you. Cheers.
